2007 Turchi Cabernet Sauvignon Block D Santa Barbara County | 300 cases produced.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, bottled after 30 months in barrel and released after 1 year in bottle. The wine spent the last year in a 900 gallon wooden tank. Clones 337 and 7 make up this wine. The vineyard is located at 3000 feet. The soils and climate are perfect for amazing Cab. Great farming and ingenious winemaking make this one a winner.
