Dave and Becky Corey created CORE wines
with the 2001 vintage, the same year they were married. In the
beginning, there were only 250 cases made from their first six barrels
of wine. Now, years later, they are still energized with the challenges
and complexities of blending small lots of their favorite varietals,
Mourvedre and Grenache. Their focus remains on the vineyard as they
still believe that the core of every wine begins in the vineyard.
