100% Cabernet Sauvignon, bottled after 30 months in barrel and released after 1 year in bottle. The wine spent the last year in a 900 gallon wooden tank. Clones 337 and 7 make up this wine. The vineyard is located at 3000 feet. The soils and climate are perfect for amazing Cab. This wine offers impressions of raspberry, black cherry, cassis, rosemary, cedar, vanilla, caramel, and chocolate.
