2007 C3 Tempranillo – 100% Tempranillo from Laetitia in the Santa Barbara Highlands. Yields are between 2 and 4 tons per acre. Aged 11 months in 10% new American Oak and aged 6 months in the bottle. A great example of the Tempranillo varietal. |
