This wine is 90% Petite Syrah, 6% Syrah and 4% Cabernet Franc from the Santa Barbara Highlands. Yield of 1 to 4 tons per acre. Aged eleven months in 67% new Slovenian and 33% new American oak barrels and eight months in the bottle. 88 cases produced. |
