Shipping and Handling
We use a local third party shipper for most of our delivery needs. Depending on your locations, your order will generally ship on a Monday or Tuesday as we strive to get the wines delivered as soon as possible after order processing is complete. Sometimes bad weather (too hot or too cold) can delay the shipment of orders. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes in delivery times. Likewise, if you need to receive the wine by a specific date, please let us know at the time of your order.
If the wine is bad or damaged during transit, whenever possible we will replace the wine. You must contact us with specific information and receive authorization for the pick-up ticket or return the wine in person. In some cases, we may not be able to replace the wine, but will refund the purchase price if the wine is bad. Every situation is different and we will do our best to quickly assess your options.
