Spanish Varietals-Located on the Iberian Peninsula in Europe's southwestern region, the Spanish varieties that we love account for much of the country's wine production. Tempranillo, Garnarcha and Monastrell are just a few of the varieties that we work with that have become staples in our line-up. Enjoy these in addition to other treats from Spain to compliment the wines. Manchego and Iberico ham anyone?

We'll break down the mystery of wine barrels and answer all your questions from A to Z. Barrels are a basic tool of the wine trade but most customers know very little about them. Find out where and how they're made, what they cost and how wineries use them to influence the outcome of their wines.

How you ever had to the opportunity to taste several wines in one sitting without knowing what was in the glass? This type of tasting helps to develop your pallet and gives you a boost of confidence in picking out smells and flavors in wine.
